Verizon Team Member

Platinum Edge Management is hiring a motivated Verizon Team Member to join our growing customer outreach team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, learning sales skills, and helping customers find services that fit their needs.

As a Verizon Team Member, you'll connect with customers in person, learn about their current needs, explain available Verizon products and services, and help guide interested customers through the enrollment process. No extensive sales background is required—we value communication, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers in the area and create positive, professional interactions.
• Learn Verizon products, plans, and service options through hands-on training.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend relevant solutions.
• Explain plan features, pricing, and available options in a clear and friendly way.
• Assist interested customers with account information, enrollment, and service setup.
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate information throughout the sales process.
• Contribute to team sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person.
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Goal-oriented attitude with a positive approach to teamwork.
