Verizon Team Member

Strong account management starts with understanding people, building trust, and knowing how to turn customer needs into the right solution. Our Chattanooga, TN team represents Verizon internet services through in-person sales campaigns while developing professionals who can confidently manage customer relationships, account activity, and performance.

The Verizon Team Member works directly with customers throughout the greater Providence area, helping establish new Verizon accounts and supporting the experience from initial consultation through sales and enrollment. You'll learn how to assess account needs, recommend appropriate internet services, maintain accurate customer information, and build the communication and sales skills that create a foundation for continued growth.

Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member

• Meet with prospective customers to discuss their current internet needs and identify opportunities to establish new Verizon accounts.
• Build professional customer relationships by asking thoughtful questions and providing knowledgeable sales recommendations.
• Present Verizon internet plans, features, and promotions based on the needs identified during each account consultation.
• Manage account details throughout the sales and enrollment process, ensuring customer information and service selections remain accurate.
• Address questions and concerns that could prevent an account from moving forward while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Review individual sales performance with leadership and identify opportunities to become more effective as a Verizon Team Member.

Qualifications of the Verizon Team Member

• Interested in developing experience in account management, customer relations, business development, or sales.
• Strong communicator who can build rapport while keeping conversations focused and productive.
• Organized and attentive when managing customer information, service details, and multiple account interactions.
• Comfortable making recommendations and helping customers feel confident about a purchasing decision.
• Takes ownership of results and follows through on responsibilities without needing constant direction.
• Motivated to strengthen your sales judgment, account knowledge, and professional communication as you gain experience.
