We're hiring a Verizon Team Member to join our team, a great opportunity for someone outgoing, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career in sales, customer service, and client relations. You'll work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment, introducing them to Verizon Wireless products and services and helping them find the best wireless solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities of the Verizon Team Member

• Represent Verizon Wireless directly to customers in a professional, face-to-face setting.
• Educate customers on Verizon Wireless products, plans, devices, and service options.
• Help customers compare wireless solutions and choose services that fit their needs.
• Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales and enrollment process.
• Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and personalized service.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional Verizon Wireless products and services.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit sales goals and maintain a great customer experience.
• Take part in ongoing training focused on sales strategy and professional development.

Qualifications for the Verizon Team Member

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person sales environment.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or telecommunications is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
