- Erkend BIV-makelaar
- Klantgericht, positief en commercieel ingesteld
- Kennis van de regio (Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht)
- Vloeiend Nederlands, praktische kennis Frans en Engels
- In het bezit van rijbewijs B
- Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig
- Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de omgeving van Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht
- Flexibel in het bepalen van je agenda
