Vertical Engineering Lead, Technology Lab Services

For our client, we are seeking a Vertical Engineering Lead, Technology Lab Services to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will lead the deployment of engineering standards and operating procedures across multiple accounts, with a focus on critical environments and technology lab operations. You will partner closely with standards, assurance, engineering, and operational stakeholders to identify gaps, strengthen compliance, and drive consistent execution in the field. The position also includes building and developing a deployment team, managing budgets, and supporting change management and training efforts to improve service delivery and performance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $300,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the standard operations and maintenance playbook across accounts
• Assess site operating models against standards and identify gaps
• Partner with the Standards & Assurance Lead to inform and revise standards
• Build and develop a team of deployment professionals
• Manage deployment budgets and financial KPIs
• Engage stakeholders for change management and training delivery
• Coordinate technical compliance across engineering and operational teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in critical environments, technology labs, or operations leadership
• Proven track record of deploying standards in field environments
• Hands-on experience with lab environments and environmental controls
• Experience managing teams of engineers or technicians
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
