VERTICAL SPECIALIST

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, customer-oriented, and motivated Vertical Specialist who will be responsible for product demonstrations, customer engagement, sales development, and supporting dealers and professional users. The ideal candidate should be comfortable learning technical product specifications and representing the company and its brands professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, product demonstration, business development, or account management is an advantage.
• Experience in the power tools, hardware, construction, industrial, or related industry is highly preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential may also be considered.
• Willing and able to learn technical specifications and applications of power tools and accessories.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and communicating with customers, dealers, contractors, and professional users.
• Able to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training.
• Able to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales objectives.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to prepare professional business letters, emails, reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, product demonstrations, dealer activities, trade events, and other company activities.
• Willing to work outside the office when required.
• Organized and capable of handling basic administrative and reporting duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
