- Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Kundenservice im klassischen Vertrieb und E-Commerce
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten und Aufträgen
- Aktive telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Neu- und Bestandskunden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
