Vertriebsassistent m/w/d Die Multi-Invest GmbH ist ein inhabergeführtes Vertriebssunternehmen mit Sitz in Eschborn bei Frankfurt am Main. Seit 2003 ist das Unternehmen auf Investmentlösungen und den langfristigen Vermögensaufbau spezialisiert, unter anderem im Bereich Edelmetalle und Investmentprodukte.
Deine Aufgabe
- Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung von Bestands- und Neukunden
- Terminvereinbarung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanfragen
- Vorstellung von Produkten
- Dokumentation im CRM System
Deine Skills
- Erfahrung (min 2 Jahre) im Call Center, Kundenservice oder Vertrieb
- Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten
- Spaß am Telefonieren und Umgang mit Kunden
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
