Austral Construction are seeking Civil Labourers to become an integral part of our growing project team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with crane operations and hold a valid Intermediate or Advanced Riggers High-Risk Work Licence. Experience in marine construction, particularly with barge-mounted cranes and piling equipment, is highly desirable. Experience in the mining industry is also a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• General site labouring and manual handling
• Drilling concrete holes and spotting
• Working around plant and equipment on civil construction works
• Assisting tradespeople
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Following all safety procedures and site instructions

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Driver Licence,
• Construction Industry White Card,
• Strong focus on safety and commitment to safe work practices,
• Valid working rights in Australia,
