Salary: $35P/H - $42P/H

Day to Day

• Oversee and coordinate day-to-day vessel shop fabrication activities.
• Lead and support fabrication teams to ensure work is completed efficiently.
• Monitor work quality and ensure fabrication standards are maintained.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Help manage workflow and keep fabrication projects on schedule.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fabrication, ideally within a vessel shop or similar industrial environment.
• Experience leading or supervising a fabrication team.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and workshop safety.
• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity.
