Veterans Disability Paralegal

Location/Work Arrangement: This position is an in-office position.

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for law? Werner Hoffman Greig & Garcia are seeking a motivated paralegal to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. We welcome candidates with little to no experience who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic legal environment. This is an in-office position.

Work Environment:

We operate in a modern, fully paperless office that relies on advanced legal software and digital case management systems. Candidates must be comfortable using technology and willing to learn new platforms as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deadline Management: Monitor and manage deadlines effectively.
• Client Intake: Facilitate the client intake process.
• Document Preparation: Prepare a variety of claim forms and routine pleadings.
• Client Communication: Provide updates to clients and summarize client statements.
• Assistance to Attorneys: Assist attorneys with hearing preparation and case-related tasks.

This is an hourly Paralegal position. The hourly rate will be determined based on experience.
