GCPH has experienced tremendous growth over the last 4 years and we are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team.

As an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to dogs and cats in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing wellness, sick, and preventive care examinations
• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions
• Performing routine soft-tissue surgical procedures
• Perform COHATs to include dental extractions
• Developing individualized treatment and preventive-care plans
• Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Collaborating with veterinary technicians and support staff
• Participating in continuing education and professional development

The Ideal Candidate:

• DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
• Active veterinary license and eligibility to practice in Tennessee
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate approach to patient and client care
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team
• New graduates are welcome to apply
