Responsibilities

As a Veterinary Technician/Veterinary Nurse, you will:

• Provide general nursing care to patients
• Obtain patient histories and vital signs
• Assist veterinarians during examinations and procedures
• Perform radiography (X-rays)
• Collect blood and laboratory samples
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide emergency first aid and patient stabilization
• Monitor patients under anesthesia
• Educate and communicate with pet owners
• Support exceptional patient care and client service

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary experience preferred
• Veterinary technician certification welcomed but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and professional demeanor
• Desire to learn and grow within the veterinary profession
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care

Schedule

Hospital Hours

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Weekend responsibilities rotate for boarding and hospitalized patient care.
