Pet Urgent Care is a growing veterinary urgent care hospital seeking a compassionate, dependable Veterinary Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a new practice while providing exceptional care to pets and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care and treatments
• Safely restrain patients for exams and procedures
• Obtain patient histories and assist with triage
• Collect samples, perform diagnostics, and take radiographs
• Maintain medical records and support client communication
• Help keep the hospital clean, organized, and well-stocked

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary assistant experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, reliable, and eager to learn
• Weekend availability is required
