Who We Are:
The Pet Cancer Center of Providence (PCC) is a soon-to-launch, standalone specialty practice dedicated exclusively to veterinary medical oncology. Built around the belief that focused care creates a better experience for pets, families, and clinical teams, the practice will combine thoughtful treatment planning, compassionate communication, and personalized support throughout each patient's cancer journey. We are dedicated to helping pets enjoy more quality time while giving their families clarity, confidence, and hope. By making medical oncology our sole focus, we are creating a practice where every detail is designed around the unique needs of pets with cancer and the people who love them. Join us in building a new standard for focused, compassionate veterinary cancer care.
We're seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our founding clinical team. - Handling and restraint of patients for consultation exams and patient sample collection

- Sound judgment with the ability to work ethically, independently, and responsibly
- Dedication to excellent service for each client and patient and respect for coworkers
- Flexibility, curiosity, and the desire to help build something new

Our target start date for this role is November 11th, 2026.
