Village Vets provides comprehensive general and referral veterinary services, including second-opinion cases, from our modern clinic in Sai Kung, New Territories. Our team of veterinary surgeons holds extensive clinical experience and postgraduate qualifications. Key Responsibilities

·         Assist veterinary surgeons in general consultations, clinical procedures, inpatient nursing, and gentle animal handling.

·         Provide accurate, empathetic English and Cantonese translation between clients and clinical staff.

·         Maintain high standards of clinic hygiene, sterilisation, and equipment maintenance.

·         Provide occasional operational shift coverage at Family Vet in Fo Tan location as rostered.

Requirements

·         Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a Veterinary Assistant in a clinical setting.

·         Conversational proficiency in both English and Cantonese to facilitate client communication.

·         Strong team-first attitude, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Genuine passion for animal welfare alongside an eager mindset to expand veterinary nursing knowledge.

·         Comfortable working a 5-day week, including rostered weekends and Statutory Holidays (with alternative days off in lieu).
