Veterinary Assistant/Client Care Representative

At Brant Animal Clinic, we’re looking for a compassionate, adaptable Veterinary Assistant / Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our busy, supportive team. Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients in a warm, professional manner
• Answer phones and manage high-volume client communication
• Schedule appointments and coordinate daily bookings
• Maintain accurate medical records and perform data entry
• Assist veterinarians and RVTs with patient care and treatments
• Help prepare exam rooms and support during procedures
• Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
• Support veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
• Keep reception and common areas clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service—even in busy or stressful situations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or Veterinary Assistant
• Veterinary clinic experience is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
• Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and handling multiple phone lines
