We are currently seeking a bright, energetic , and friendly individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in veterinary medicine and a propensity to work well with an active and diverse clientele. The Receptionist will greet clients and answer phones in a calm, informative manner. As an Assistant you will help the Veterinarian with exam and perform vital labratory testing. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a veterinary office.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct telephone calls.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments.
• Assist with handling incoming emergencies.
• Perform office clerical duties.
• Handle email correspondence.
• Handle cash and credit card payments from clients.
• Assist with filing, faxing, copying, scanning, and organizing patient records and documents.
• Animal Restraint for exam and testing.
• Perfoming medical tests. X-Ray, Fecal Floatation, Blood collection and processing.
• Stocking & Inventory
• Assist in exams and surgery .

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
