This role is detail-driven, collaborative, and impactful, helping prevent revenue loss while maintaining transparency and trust with our clients

  • Review estimates with clients and explain financial commitments, deposits, and payment options with clarity and compassion.
  • Manage sensitive billing conversations and professionally de-escalate financial concerns.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients and team members.
  • Collaborate respectfully with veterinarians, technicians, and CSRs to clarify treatment plans and resolve documentation gaps.
  • Support hospitalized patient families with billing updates and deposit communication

  • Assist clinical teams in identifying incomplete records impacting billing accuracy.
  • Help standardize and streamline charge capture and invoicing workflows across departments.
  • Maintain and update ER estimate templates within EzyVet.
  • Review work for accuracy and completeness prior to the end of each shift.
  • Perform other duties in support of hospital financial and operational performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in veterinary medicine.
