Veterinary Client Service Representative

Pets Aloud Veterinary is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Client Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team. Our busy, three-doctor practice takes pride in providing full-service veterinary patient care to our clients' canine and feline companions. As our clients' first point of contact, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly in person, over the phone, and via email, addressing inquires and scheduling appointments
• Maintain accurate client and patient records, process payments, and handle insurance claims
• Relay important information between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members
• Address and resolve client concerns promptly and courteously
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients and patients for whom the practice provides veterinary services
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Previous experience in a veterinary hospital or medical office is required
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 16.0 – 32.0 per week
