Veterinary Client Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcoming clients and their pets into our hospital.
• Answering phones with a smile and scheduling appointments efficiently.
• Keeping our waiting area clean and organized. (This includes pet messes!)
• Checking clients in / out and processing payments.
• Keeping accurate, detailed medical records
• Managing emails, faxes, phone messages, online appointment and medication requests

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
