Veterinary Client Service Representative

Transit Valley Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated individual to join our front desk team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable and motivated candidate with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include: Greeting clients, patient scheduling, processing payments, and answering phones. Candidates with prior experience are preferred; however, we are willing to provide training and professional development for a highly motivated candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

We are looking to hire full-time individuals.

We are flexible with hours and schedules. We understand the importance of work/life balance. Saturday rotations are required.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 7:30am-5pm
• Saturday 7:30am -12pm

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year preferred but not required
• Ezyvet software knowledge preferred but not required
