Client Service Representative (CSR) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Alpha Veterinary Clinic – Beavercreek, OH

Alpha Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. This position may be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate. Our CSRs play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and compassionate experience for our clients and patients.

Position Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and pets in a friendly, professional manner
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
• Process payments and manage client accounts
• Communicate clearly and effectively between clients and the veterinary team
• Assist with general front-desk and administrative duties

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable handling sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism

Experience:

• Previous veterinary, medical, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Willing to train the right candidate

Schedule:

• Full-time: 4-day work week with rotating Saturdays
• Part-time: Schedule based on availability and clinic needs

Pay:

• $17–$25 per hour, based on experience
