Vista Falls Veterinary Hospital is seeking a full-time receptionist to join our team in Mills River, NC. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and patient with a positive Cattitude. This position will be responsible for answering the phone, greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and performing administrative duties. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and enjoys working in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service , preferably in the veterinary industry
• Experience with Idexx Neo is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties
• Ability to work well under pressure and under deadline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (including marijuana)

Additional Information
Position is Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and enjoys working in a team setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
