This role is more than just answering phones - it’s about creating a welcoming, calm, and positive experience for both our clients and their pets from the moment they walk through the door.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and guide them through the check-in and check-out process
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the daily flow of the clinic
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, both in person, over the phone, by email and text
• Process payments and support basic invoicing and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Coordinate communication between clients and the veterinary team
• Help keep the front desk and client areas organized, clean and welcoming
• Support the team with shared clinic responsibilities when needed

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence handling multiple tasks and shifting priorities
• Genuine empathy for both pets and their people - especially during stressful or emotional moments
• A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
• Previous customer service experience (veterinary experience is an asset, but not required)

Experience:

• Veterinary Reception: 1 year (required)
• Ezyvet: 1 year (preferred)
