Veterinary Client Service Representative

We are looking to add team members that are passionate about animals and love connecting with people. East University Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit, fast-paced team!

We are a busy, independently owned, 3-doctor small animal hospital that also provides care for exotics and pocket pets. Our CSRs are the face and voice of our practice, playing a vital role in building strong client relationships and ensuring an excellent experience from start to finish.

Experience in the veterinary industry is not required but PREFERRED.

• Is knowledgeable in veterinary medicine and understands the importance of excellent client communication
• Works well under pressure in a busy environment
• Is a team player who can mesh well with our established, supportive team
• Has strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Is comfortable using Cornerstone veterinary software and managing phone systems, scheduling, and patient check-in/check-out

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting clients and providing outstanding customer service
• Managing phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out efficiently
• Accurately entering patient and client information
• Processing payments and invoices
• Communicating effectively with doctors, technicians, and other team members
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming front lobby

Schedule Requirements:

• Full-time position
• Availability for 2 Saturday mornings per month is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
