Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and compassionate environment.
• Manage appointment scheduling using veterinary software, ensuring efficient flow of appointments for veterinarians.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email or text with clear communication and empathy.
• Collect and process payments
• Assist with administrative duties such as maintaining medical records in compliance with veterinary standards.
• Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary staff.

Requirements

• Previous experience in veterinary clinics or animal care settings is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in veterinary software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
