At Cuddle Paws, we want veterinary care to feel welcoming, comfortable, and personal. Our CSR team is the first friendly voice our pet parents hear and the first smiling face they see when they walk through our doors.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, loves animals, and knows how to keep things running smoothly—even when the phones are ringing, appointments are arriving, and a nervous pup needs a little extra love.

Who We’re Looking For

This is an experienced veterinary CSR position, and we are looking for someone with at least 3+ years of experience working in a veterinary hospital or veterinary clinic.

Our ideal CSR is:

Experienced with veterinary reception and customer service
Excellent at communicating with pet parents
Organized and able to multitask in a busy hospital
Comfortable answering phones and scheduling appointments
Confident checking patients in and out and processing payments
Comfortable using computers and veterinary practice-management software
Calm and professional during busy or emotional situations
Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
Someone who takes pride in creating an amazing client experience

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help make every Cuddle Paws visit feel easy and welcoming from beginning to end.

Your day may include greeting pets and their families, answering phone calls and messages, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, processing payments, updating client and patient records, communicating with our doctors and medical team, and helping keep the front desk organized and running smoothly.

Most importantly, you'll help make sure every pet parent feels heard, cared for, and welcomed.

Schedule & Availability

Shifts are approximately 8 hours per day.

Our biggest needs are:

Monday Friday Saturday

Additional shifts may also be available on:

Tuesday Thursday

We're especially interested in someone who can consistently work Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Please include your full weekly availability when applying.

Pay

$23–$27 per hour, depending on veterinary experience and qualifications.

Experience Required

Minimum 3+ years of veterinary hospital or veterinary clinic experience is required.

We're looking for someone who already understands the pace and flow of a veterinary hospital and can bring their experience, personality, and positive energy to our team.
