Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the welcoming heart of our practice—supporting clients, coordinating care, and keeping our days running smoothly.

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and provide invoices
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians and technicians
• Educate clients on services, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate patient and client records
• Help guide clients during urgent or emotional situations with empathy
• Keep the front desk organized and running efficiently
• Follow up with clients to ensure continued care and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Previous veterinary customer service or receptionist experience (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable using computers and practice management software
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a love for teamwork

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week
