Veterinary CSR/Technician Assistant - NO WEEKENDS!!

Ross Valley Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced CSR / Veterinary Technician Assistant to join our team!

As a Veterinary CSR/Technician Assistant, you’ll help clients and patients move smoothly through each visit. You’ll balance front desk communication with hands-on animal care, supporting the veterinary team in a welcoming, organized clinic. This is a weekday position with no weekend shifts.

This is a hybrid position with the best of both worlds! You’ll work a few days each week as a CSR helping our clients and keeping the front desk running smoothly, and a few days each week as a Veterinary Technician Assistant, working alongside our doctors and technicians and helping care for our patients.

Previous experience in BOTH veterinary client service/reception and hands-on veterinary assisting is required.

What You’ll Do

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and check clients in/out
• Provide friendly, compassionate client service
• Assist doctors and technicians with appointments and patient care
• Safely handle and restrain dogs and cats
• Assist with lab samples, treatments, and procedures
• Keep exam and treatment areas stocked and organized
• Jump in wherever your team needs you!
