The Veterinary CSR is the key to creating first and lasting impressions to both clients and their pets. They must have excellent customer service experience, strong communication skills, computer literacy, ability to handle payments and financial issues, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to maintain calm under stressful circumstances. This position requires adapting to changing priorities, and a practical knowledge of the veterinary hospital and its services.

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Schedule: Will include weekend availability when necessary (employees rotate based on hospital needs)

Education:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
Veterinary office experience preferred. Knowledge of Pulse, Rapport or comparable veterinary practice management software a bonus!

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
