Veterinary Customer Service Representative

At Henderson Veterinary Medical Center, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who wants to build a career, contribute ideas, and grow alongside a team that enjoys learning together.

We’re a busy, fast-paced, 2.5-doctor small animal general practice preparing to move into a beautiful, brand-new hospital. It’s an exciting next chapter, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to be part of it.

Your role:

As a member of our client service team, you’ll help clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported while keeping a busy hospital running smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and coordinating client requests.
• Maintaining accurate client and patient information.
• Processing payments and explaining invoices clearly.
• Communicating closely with our medical team to support patient care.
• Navigating busy moments and difficult conversations with patience, empathy, and good judgment.

This role takes more than a love of animals. It takes organization, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding that the person on the other end of the phone may be having a difficult day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
