ECoVets Veterinary Specialists & ER is seeking an experienced, people-focused Human Resources Hospital Manager to join our growing specialty and emergency veterinary hospital.

Qualifications

• Previous professional veterinary management and veterinary HR experience
• Employee-relations and conflict-resolution experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee retention
• Knowledge of federal and Florida employment regulations
