Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including medical office management, staff supervision, and patient flow coordination
• Manage financial activities such as budgeting, medical billing, and fiscal management to ensure profitability and sustainability
• Supervise staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Ensure compliance with health regulation policies
• Understand veterinary software and diagnostic machinery
• Implement and monitor clinic policies related to medical administrative support, medical terminology accuracy, and medical records management
• Coordinate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives
• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing client inquiries professionally and ensuring a positive experience at every visit
• Monitor clinic performance metrics to optimize patient care delivery while managing office supplies and equipment effectively

Skills

• Proven experience in or veterinary practice management with strong supervisory skills
• Extensive knowledge of veterinary medicine
• Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing processes
• Excellent managerial communication skills to lead teams effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
• Strong understanding of veterinary terminology, medical records management, and payroll stystems
