• Overseeing daily operations of a growing small animal veterinary hospital.

• Partnering with the MDVM to align clinical excellence with business performance.

• Managing staffing, scheduling, and performance management processes.
• Overseeing financial responsibilities including payroll, inventory, budgeting, and KPI tracking.
• Coaching and developing team members into high-performing contributors.
• Identifying process gaps and implementing scalable solutions.
• Building a culture rooted in clarity, professionalism, and collaboration.

You Will Bring

• 3+ years of operations or management experience (veterinary, healthcare, multi-unit service, hospitality, or similar industries).
• Strong business and financial acumen with comfort managing budgets and KPIs.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience leading change and improving organizational culture.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• High emotional intelligence and a steady, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience with practice management software or business systems is a plus.
• Veterinary experience welcomed but not required.

We provide wellness exams, preventative care, vaccinations, spay and neutering, microchipping, dietary management, surgical care, dental care, pain management, laser therapy, senior wellness, and more. We have an in-house pharmacy and laboratory, digital X-rays, tonometry, electrocardiograms, and diagnostic imaging equipment including video endoscopy, otoscopy, and ultrasonography.
