Veterinary Receptionist/ Client Service Representative

About us

North Oak Animal Hospital is a state of the art veterinary facility located in Kansas City, MO. We have been locally/ family owned since 1956. We are in need of a full time veterinary receptionist for our veterinary practice. The ideal candidate must be punctual, dependable, have reliable transportation and not afraid of cats or dogs. Pay is competitive and based on experience in the field. Experience is not necessary as we are willing to train anyone willing to learn. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical collections as needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic.
• Provide basic animal care and restraint during examinations or procedures.
• Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure optimal patient care and client satisfaction.
