SUMMARY: POSITION INFO: Key Responsibilities Welcome clients and patients on arrival and create a calm, professional first impression. Manage incoming calls, e-mails, and enquiries promptly and professionally. Schedule and coordinate appointments, admissions, and discharges. Keep clients informed and comfortable while waiting, including during emergencies. Handle client accounts, process payments, and issue invoices accurately. Capture and maintain accurate client and patient records on Avimark. Process referrals and liaise with referring practices where required. Support the clinical teams with case-related admin, including estimates and discharge paperwork. Log and escalate client complaints in line with the Client Complaints Policy & Procedure. Assist with general reception and clinic administration duties as needed. Work closely with nursing, veterinary, and management teams to ensure smooth patient flow. Communicate calmly and clearly under pressure, particularly during emergency admissions. Support a multidisciplinary specialist referral environment where patient care always comes first.
