About the Role: We are currently seeking a passionate Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for clients visiting or calling our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients and their pets warmly
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar
• Obtain and update accurate patient information and records
• Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about our veterinary services
• Collect payments and maintain financial records
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient patient care
• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of veterinary experience preferred; willing to train the right person
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for outstanding customer service
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Previous experience as a receptionist preferred; willingness to learn is essential
• Passion for animals and a genuine desire to contribute to their well-being
• High school diploma or equivalent
