What they need
The Customer Service Representative's primary duty is interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants, and clients. This position can be full or part time. The hours vary but are primarily Monday - Friday 9:00 am -7:00 pm with a minimum of two Saturday shifts per month. Saturday shifts are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and when you work a Saturday you will have a weekday off.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Handling payments
- Updating charting information
- Client callbacks
- Client check in and check outs
- Maintain clean & sanitary work environment
Qualifications and Skills
Previous veterinary clinic experience is helpful but we will train the right candidate.
Full - Time employees are eligible for a generous pet care discount, vacation, and sick time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
