Important Requirements

Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic with 1 year or more in a veterinary Receptionist position.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates without veterinary experience will not be considered.

Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR/Receptionist) who values teamwork, professionalism, and exceptional patient and client care. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys supporting client and patient flow during busy hours.

This role is best suited for someone who values consistency, clear communication, and being part of a supportive, team-focused environment.

Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

• No weekends
• Consistent, set weekly schedule
• On-call Wednesdays and Thursdays to help cover shifts (if a teammate is sick or on vacation)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary client care specialist and first point of contact
• Answer phones, texts, and emails to assist clients in a kind and professional manner
• Check clients in, record patient weights, and prepare appointments
• Confirm appointments and surgeries
• Schedule appointments using structured protocols
• Communicate effectively with the medical team
• Process payments and send text-to-pay links
• Request, review, and upload medical records
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and restock retail/refreshments
• Support a positive, team-focused work culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ year veterinary client service experience (required)
• 2+ years veterinary clinic experience (required)

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
