Veterinary Receptionist

We are looking for a unique individual to be part of our client care team. We are a full-service veterinary care facility for dogs & cats, dedicated to client service and patient care. We are in search of someone who shares our commitment to join our team. If you are motivated, with great time-management skills, and are outgoing and detail oriented, you might be the right person!

Duties include but are not limited to: building and maintaining relationships with clients (in person and on the telephone) using compassionate, professional communication and patience. Handling client check-in and check-out, medical chart preparation and managing a multi –line phone system efficiently is part of every day. Working knowledge of basic computer applications is a requirement.

This is a full time position; shifts may vary, but the hours covered by the reception team are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:45 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday. (Candidate must be available to work at least two Saturdays per month.) Previous experience in an animal hospital strongly preferred; a love of animals is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
