Veterinary Receptionist

We are a busy multi doctor practice in East County. We are open 6 days a week from 8:00 am-7:00 pm, so a flexible schedule is important. Our staff works four 10-hour shifts (9:00 am-7:00 pm) with 3 days off a week (Sunday included in one of the 3 days off). Saturdays and some Holidays are a must (We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, 4th of July off, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day.)

Job Requirements include:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy.
* Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
* Be a team player.
* Work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly attitude.
* Able to answer a multi-line phone system.

Previous experience as veterinary receptionist (with AVIMark) is preferred, but if you are that perfect fit to our team, we are willing to train the right person!

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
