Veterinary Receptionist

*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are a private practice that has been helping pets and their people for over 50 years. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills.

*Responsibilities*

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients

• Assist with medical record management and billing

• Provide support to veterinary staff as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

*Requirements*

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
