What they need
Fast pace, full service, animal hospital seeks an upbeat Veterinary Receptionist to join us! Must have an outgoing personality and work well in a team environment. Candidate must have strong communications skills, be customer service oriented and enjoy working with animals. Currently looking for help either full or part-time, for evening and weekend hours.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
Answer multi-line phone system.
Scheduling appointments, surgeries and boarding reservations.
Data entry and recording accurate information for pets.
Collecting, and posting payments.
Responsible for patient check in and check out process.
Managing medical records and digital filing.
Assist and collaborate with Doctors and Technicians.
Monitors reception area and waiting area for cleanliness.
Ability to prioritize emergency medical services.
Must be comfortable interacting with animals
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
