Duties

• Greet clients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk with efficiency and professionalism
• Handle medical collections accurately, ensuring proper billing and payment processing in compliance with veterinary and financial protocols
• Maintain veterinary software systems for appointment scheduling, record keeping, and client communication
• Keep the lobby clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and veterinary software systems for administrative support
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients about medical-surgical treatments and provide excellent customer service
• Strong organizational skills to manage front desk duties efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude
