Job Overview
We are seeking a veterinary receptionist for a busy small animal practice.
Duties
- Client Greeting: Welcome pet owners and their pets warmly as they arrive.
- Call Handling: Answer multi-line phones, route calls, and answer basic questions.
- Scheduling: Book appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits.
- Record Keeping: Update client and patient info in software systems.
Experience
- Previous experience as a veterinary assistant or receptionist
- Good communication with clients and staff is required
- Familiarity with handling dogs and other animals safely and compassionately
