Position: Full-Time or Part-time Veterinary Receptionist
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinary Receptionist to assist our veterinary team with greeting clients, scheduling appointments, completing clerical tasks, and performing other administrative duties. This position requires availability for afternoons, early evenings (until 7:30/8 PM), and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Direct questions to veterinary technicians, assistants, or practitioners as appropriate
• Refer callers to the correct personnel
• Maintain the reception desk calendar and schedule appointments
• Return client phone calls
• Greet visitors and clients
• Check in and record animals arriving at the clinic
• Maintain a basic understanding of common medical conditions to support client communication

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
