Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and handle all front desk duties with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Schedule appointments efficiently using veterinary software, ensuring optimal flow for the clinic
• Manage medical collections accurately, including processing payments and insurance claims
• Maintain detailed records of pet medical histories, treatments, and client interactions
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding pet care instructions, surgery preparations, or follow-up care
• Handle phone inquiries promptly, providing information on services such as pet grooming, dog training, or kennel availability
• Support veterinary administrative functions including filing, inventory management, and updating veterinary software systems

Pay: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
