Veterinary Receptionist

We are a small, one doctor veterinary clinic that focuses on customer service and patient care. We are a Fear Free Certified Practice, which helps to reduce fear, anxiety and stress of our patients and by extension our clients and staff, as well. We are a busy practice that offers a family type setting for our staff and clients alike. We value loyalty, honesty and compassion. And we are looking for the perfect candidate to join our team.

The position is for part to full time. We are looking for a dependable, sincere and compassionate individual. You will definitely stay busy! We need someone who isn't afraid to jump in where extra help is needed and is never without a great attitude! You will never stop learning here.

Your duties will include: preparing paperwork, entering files into our practice management software, answering the telephones, checking clients in and cashing them out, cleaning the reception area along with other areas in the clinic that need cleaning. We may need additional help with appointments and you will be needed to help with rotating kennel shifts on weekends and holidays.

We are offering a starting hourly wage of $18-25/hr, depending on experience, with the potential for a raise after the end of your 90 day introductory period. At which point we also offer discounted veterinary care and services. We are specifically looking for someone to work mornings throughout the week and help with kennel shifts on weekends and holidays.
