Veterinary Receptionist

The Lois Pope Pet Clinic at Tri-County Animal Rescue is looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. This position is the heart of our clinic, the first point of contact for pet owners, adopters, and visitors seeking care for their animals.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
• Answer phones and respond to client inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
• Check patients in and out of appointments
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Process payments and handle clinic transactions
• Coordinate communication between clients, veterinarians, and technicians
• Assist with general administrative duties to support the veterinary team

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary clinic or medical office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
• Comfort working with animals and pet owners in a compassionate manner
• Basic computer and scheduling software experience
• Team player with a positive attitude and passion for animal welfare

Must work Saturdays.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
